3rd SSHOC Consortium meeting (cancelled)

3rd Consortium meeting cancelled

Because of the escalating health concerns relating to the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the travel restrictions that have been announced across Europe, we have decided to cancel the 3rd Consortium meeting in Utrecht (24-25 March 2020).

We are currently evaluating the possibility of arranging alternative virtual meetings, but for now, please note that your travel to Utrecht should be cancelled.

The hotel bookings made by CLARIN will be cancelled by the CLARIN team. The participants to whom this applies will be notified by the CLARIN team separately.

As already announced, we have a confirmation from our project Legal Officer at the EC that the already incurred costs are considered eligible actual costs and thus can be claimed to the project in the Periodic Financial Report with the explanation provided, invoking Article 51 (Force Majeure) of the SSHOC Grant Agreement.

We will keep you updated and share additional details on our plans for virtual meetings in the coming week.

How does it work?
You can use eduroam to access the Internet, Solis-mail, web-based applications, printing facilities and your network drives.
