The invited CLARIN Workshop: Transc&Anno: A Graphical Tool for the Transcription and On-the-Fly Annotation of Handwritten Documents is one of the two half-day invited workshops of the 5th Learner Corpus Conference that takes place on 12-14 September 2019 in Warsaw.
